This episode begins with Goku and Bulma headed for a location where Bulma's dragon radar says there is a dragonball.  Goku spots a city and that is where both Goku and Bulma go.  When they arrive it seems like a ghost town, where nobody lives, but Goku sees someone in one of the windows.  He breaks open a door, only to get hit by an axe.  Goku then realizes that the person who hit him thought Goku was someone named Oolong, Goku says he isn't and the man apologizes.  The surrounding village people come to the house to see what is going on.  They explain to Goku and Bulma that there is a shape shifting monster named Oolong who is after to the daughters of the villagers and already has 3 of them held captive.  After being asked why they came, Bulma says she needs a dragonball and shows one to the people.  One of the old ladies of the village shows Bulma she has it, but since it's been in her generation for years she says she will only give it to Bulma if she saves the village from Oolong and rescues the three captive daughters.  Bulma devises a plan to dress Goku up as a girl and trick Oolong.  When oolong arrives after a while he realizes Goku is not really a girl and gets angry.  He turns into a Bull and Goku says he will fight him off, Oolong looks at the clock and charges away.  We see Oolong changing into the pig like form, most of us know him to be, but Goku doesn't see it and continues looking for the bull.  Oolong explains that he went to shape shifting school and learned how to change into anything but can only last in that form for 5 minutes.  Once Oolong gets his teleporting ability back he then changes into a robot and says he's going to eat Goku.  A boy with a slingshot hits Oolong and Oolong screams in pain, Goku realizes Oolong is very weak, and Oolong turns into a bat and flies away.  Goku gets on his nimbus and starts chasing Oolong, Oolong turns into a bullet to get away faster but his 5 minute limit runs out and he starts falling in his pig form.  Goku saves his life and Oolong leads the villagers to the three daughters who were having a good time at Oolong's palace.  The old lady then hands Bulma the dragonball and the episode ends.
