This episode begins with Goku and Bulma taking the turtle they found in the last episode to the salt water sea.  On their way they encounter this giant monster, who wants to eat the turtle, Goku fools around with him by jumping all around him, but then punches him in the face, knocking him down.  When the group finally reach the sea, the talking turtle says he has a gift for them.  They reach an island with a house that says "Kame House", we all know Master Roshi lives there.  First he offers Goku a magic carpet, for bringing his turlte back, but remembers it was in the wash.  Instead he says he'll give him a flying cloud called Nimbus...IF he can manage to use it.  Master Roshi explains you must be pure of heart to ride on it, Master Roshi tries to get on but fails, Goku easily jumps on and flies it as if he's been flying it his whole life.  Bulma also asks for a gift, but the turtle tells Roshi that she didn't help at all.  Meanwhile Emperor Pilaf and his flunkey's get word that Roshi has a dragonball and head toward the island.  Back on the island Bulma sees a Dragonball on a necklace Roshi is wearing, she asks if she could have it and Roshi says only if she shows him her belly button....and that's exactly what she does, and then gets the dragonball.  Once Goku and Bulma leave the island, Pilaf and his crew (Shao, and I forget the other ones name) arrive and ask an alligator (yes an alligator) where Roshi is, he points out Roshi is right behind them.  They then ask for the dragonball and Roshi says he gave it to the girl who was just there, Pilaf, Shao and the other person then board their ship, and ask Roshi to push them off the island, Roshi does push them off but before he does he puts a whole in their ship.
