This episode begins with the fight between Gohan and Cell continuing there fight. Gohan doges some of Cell's Lazers but doesn't attack Cell at all. Meanwhile the reporters, Hercule and the gang are acting like total morons. Hercule still pretends that he has a severe stomach ache and the reporter says that this world is doomed just because of a stomach ache. Meanwhile Cell is determined to bring out Gohan's inner power so he can experience it for himself and have a challenge. He starts squeezing Gohan and Goku doesn't care because he knows Gohan's anger will come out soon enough. Piccolo explains to Goku that Gohan may be the strongest but his inner powers wont come out because he is not a skilled fighter. Goku starts realizing that he might have made a mistake. Piccolo then says right now Gohan is not thinking about letting out his inner powers but wondering why his Father is just watching him suffer and that he is only an 11 year old kid who is getting beaten up pretty badly. Cell thinks that if he hurts Gohan's friends Gohan's true powers come out. Goku tells Piccolo to get ready to fight but right and asks for a senzu bean from Krillan, Krillan gets them out and right then Cell steals them. Android 16 comes out of nowhere (Cell couldn't feel 16 coming because he is an android) and starts squeezing Cell. He tells everyone that he is going to self destruct and destroy Cell, this worries Cell. Android 16 tries to explode himself but he can't! Krillan explains he overheard Bulma talking. Mr. Brief tells Bulma to examine Android 16's left chest plate (this is what Krillan is explaining) and Bulma realizes that there is a nuclear bomb inside the android and she realizes it was for blowing up Goku, and since they still didn't fully trust 16 they had the bomb removed. When Cell finds out about this (back to the fight) he breaks free of 16's grasp and fires and destroys 16 leaving nothing but his head! The head goes all the way to Hercule and he orders one of his members to get it away but he just chickens out after touching it a little. Well Cell is still determined to bring out Gohan's powers so he Creates 7 little creatures that look exactly like Cell except they are small and blue (Cell Jr.s) and they start flying towards Trunks, Vegeta, Goku, Krillan, Yamcha and Tien so Trunks and Vegeta power up as these small yet extremely powerful creatures start to attack.
