This episode begins where the last one ended. Where Goku steps into the ring to fight Cell. Trunks stats that he is the only hope for planet Earth. Hercule comes back and the reporter asked him what happens, and Hercule says that he tripped into the mountain. He said that with his strength it's likely for him to trip that far, and to the untrained eye it looked like Cell knocked him out. Hercule also says that he will crush Cell when Goku is done with him. At this point Vegeta says "That hideous idiot dosen't realize his weakness. His stupidity is unbelievable." When Goku starts to fight Hercule's "gang" are all amazed at his power, Hercule said that Goku would be knocked out in 5 seconds. Goku and Cell put up a good fight, but they don't use any energy blasts, just plain punches and kicks. They start moving too fast for Hercule and the others to see, and Hercule says that it's a trick with hidden mirrors, and they all believe him. Goku almost knocks Cell out of the ring, but he just flies back on. Gohan wonders why his father is holding back and why he wont use his full strength. We later find out that both Cell and Goku are holding back. After a little more fighting Goku starts to power up and the episode ends. |
