It's stories from the future this episode of Dragonball Z. The battle between Trunks and Cell continues as Trunks starts powering up completely. Trunks tells Cell about the future and here is the story: In the world that Trunks grew up in 17 and 18 went around destroying buildings, 17 got bored so they decided to find the greatest fighters in the world and kill them for sport. 17 killed Vegeta and Krillan, and 18 killed Piccolo. It was explained that Tien and Chaoitzu were killed by them as well but we got to see the other deaths. This is where the androids get to Trunks, and Future Gohan. They put up a good fight but obviously Gohan gets killed. Trunks promises to avenge his death and he tells Cell (we are now back to the present) that he will kill him to prevent a world like his own. Cell tells Trunks the story of the future he came from and wow here we go again, an alternate, alternate future and here is the story: When Cell was being created the computer saved Gero's voice and gave Cell instructions to destroy all of Gero's enemies and that he will be the strongest warrior in the universe. When Cell awakes he searches for 17 and 18, but realizes that they have been deactivated by Trunks. Cell is happy with what Trunks did because he could now go back to a world using Trunks time machine that was not yet harmed by the androids and wreak havoc there. He tells Trunks that it was his fault the world they are living in now is going to be destroyed. For the second time we go back to the present! Trunks fully powers up and Cell realizes that Trunks has more power than him. Cell says: "i have realized that you have exceeded my power, in brute strength anyway, but too bad you have no chance of beating me." Trunks says "what kind of logic is that?" and Cell says, "you will soon find out" and then the narrator says "what kind of secret is Cell holding, find out next time on Dragonball Z!" |
